JonnyX was born in Lisbon in 1975.

From an early age music has always been in his interests having his first contact with music at 5 years old when he was offered the first piano. At 13 years begins to take piano lessons, which stretched to his 16 years, since then he starts to learn guitar, creating his own band, which also gave a few concerts and recorded some of their successes.

At 17 years keeping the music in the heart and without losing contact with the piano and guitar, JonnyX begins to discover more about electronic music, starting to play in some clubs in his area and Alentejo. Developments in electronics area was notorious.

The music was always around and in 2006 begins to play on some Internet radio stations, discovering his vocation in the style of electronic music, Trance and Uplifting Trance.
In 2009 JonnyX starts producing its own sound, creating some sounds of Trance, some of them well know in some countries. JonnyX has now more then 40 songs in his career.
