DJ Jonathan “Gonz” Gonzalez has steadily worked over the past 15 years to become an integral member of the DJ community in Houston, TX, he brings musicality and honed technical skill to the dance floor wherever he goes.

Winner of multiple DJ battles, Gonz joined Houston’s own The Kracker Nuttz Crew in 2011 and began to bring his talents to radio stations nationwide.

“Know your crowd, yes, but know your music, too,” says Gonz, who is known for his ability to shift disco to EDM to reggae in a way to make you want to jump around or just groove through the night.

His personal style is influenced by Four Color Zack, DJ Shadow, Masters at Work, DJ Kentaro, and DJ Craze. And with his vast knowledge of music, both live and recorded, DJ Gonz keeps to an open format in order to maintain the flexibility that comes with playing to different crowds. No matter the genre, or the culture, something special will happen​.
