Being introduced to electronic music in early 2000, Jon Somers aka Deep Highway has possessed a genuine passion for electronic music and the culture that surrounds it. Detroit, being a hotbed of electronic producers and DJ's alike, was a like a natural stomping ground for the young DJ. Around 2009 the DJ soon realized he then wanted to start producing as well. Drum and Bass was always a staple in his sets though with the emergence of electro-house in 2007 and much inspiration from deadmau5's deep analog rhythms, he soon found himself deeply attracted to the heavy analog house side of the sounds. With a keen ear for heavy bass lines and analog goodness, Deep Highway is constantly evolving in the electronic music world.
