Jonny Love Drunk (one-half of the BodyBreakers) hails from the bridge city, Saskatoon. With a lifetime on the dance floor, JLD began a gradual transition to the decks in 2013. As part of the tandem of the BodyBreakers he quickly developed a formula to get the party people's asses shaking. For him it’s more than just playing beats; it’s about projecting a vibe and creating an atmosphere. Live performances progressively get faster as the energy on the dancefloor increases. He constantly strives to enter a "flow state" and considers himself as a conduit of energy through the music he plays. During one of his sets, you will hear a variety of carefully selected tracks that span across multiple genres including bass, funk, glitch, breaks, mid-tempo, house, disco, electro, drum n bass, and drum step.
