I could point to many reasons why I have developed a love of Soul music and it's associated genres, particular clubs, early London pirate radio stations etc, but a true chronological order - Nah!
As for DJing, well that started in "88", me, Darren and Dave Morrison were at a club night of a particular DJ, and thought "we can do better than this!" and so DDC's was born at the Old Trout in Windsor. From the mid-nineties, me and two work mates Dave Dundas and "H" decided to kick off another soul night, and this time Ollies in Ascot was the helpful venue. This lasted for nearly ten years!
This show first started on a local radio station on the Sunshine Coast, which ran for nearly four years.Now new pastures, and a transfer to another local radio station 101.5 Morten Bay Radio.
