He started his musical connection as DJ in '96, playing Drum & Bass, Jungle, Happy Hardcore, Break Beat, 2 Step and Garage.
Appearances at local events, and a growing fan base, led to an offer of radio work, leading to his own weekly programme on Radio Gran Rey.
His musical quest for wider experience and deeper knowledge took him to Ibiza, England, Barcelona etc, where he embraced House, Progressive House, Techno and much more.
His subsequent Canarian and mainland Spain gigs showcased his enhanced styles and enriched mixes.
In 2006, Jon Almenara moved to Barcelona at Microfusa study Music Production and Professional Sound, beginning to produce his first tracks.
His growing skill as producer allowed him to blend different styles on the unreleased tracks which he mixed and produced for his own sessions.
His knowledge, and masterly mixes, of Dewtempo, Deep House, Tech-House and Progressive-Techno-Minimal, have led to gigs at clubs and festivals in Europe and recognition as DJ .
