Freddi Oshen is no stranger to desert raves and underground parties in the urban landscape of Los Angeles. This was his place of solace for much of his early life. At 17 years old he saved up enough money working at the local music shop to buy a set of Technics SL-1200 MKII turntables. From this moment history was made. Freddi spent his early years DJing for many local clubs in Southern California including the now famous Exchange LA back in the early 2000’s.

The club was Freddi second home as feelings of belonging granted by the synchronized waves of sonic energy offered him an often religious experience. Freddi sought influence from artists such as John Digweed, BT, and Crystal Method, but also rock groups such as nirvana, Tool, and NIN.

His musical style is a combination of groove based melodic productions–with aggressive industrial grit thrown in for flavor. He currently produces his own radio show 'Oshen Waves Radio' with new episodes every Wednesday
