Joe Tapia, born in 1986, started as a DJ in 2008 in Panama. He took his first steps as a DJ in nightclubs in the nightlife areas in Panama, and he went on to perform in various clubs and bars in those locations. In 2011, he began his journey as a music producer, with his first release under the label (South Records) of renowned Panamanian DJ Tom Sawyer. Continuing his path as a DJ and producer, he has performed in renowned structures and major festivals in Panama City, sharing the stage with internationally acclaimed DJs such as Till Von Sein, Billy The Kit, Sech, Eddy Lover, La Factoria, among others. In 2015, he founded the record label Stellar Recordings, which served as a platform for many amateur Panamanian electronic music producers, reaching countries like Mexico, Belarus, Spain, and Venezuela. In 2018, he created the music movement "Feel The Groove," which aims to promote the fusion of Latin American sounds with House music and remains active in the nightlife scene to this day.
