Joel started in the creative sector back in 2003 backed by the Princes Trust and hasn’t looked back since.
Starting out in a privately ran recording studio in music production and learning to DJ vinyl and cd’s on the side as a hobby, Joel got a taste for the creative industry. In a lucky break Joel was sent on a business trip to New York City
by the recording studio which gave him international experience in dealing with clients and different cultures and backgrounds, as New York has many different and diverse societies.
It wasn’t long before Joel wanted to move on to bigger and better things so with the backing of the Princes Trust Joel started his own events management company and started managing bands, of which he took all over the UK including London’s Leicester Square.
