Jody Cottier was born on 13 April 1979 and is based in Worthing, England. From the young age of 9 years old was given his first vinyl record from one of his family, the acid house song Lil Lou – French Kiss. From the age of 13 Jody bought his first set of turntables with his friends, only one year after that he played his first club gig at Sterns. Sterns was voted the best Euro club in 91 at around the same time he had started playing at the club. At the age of 18 Jody locked down his first residency at a midweek students club night and then by 22 had residency at 3To Worthing. In 2004 he started producing his own tracks and has been ever since whilst playing at big shows around UK & the world.
