Wax is the mustached man from Manila
whose eclectic selections span genres as
well as eras. He’s a cheeky selector with a
penchant for getting the crowd moving and
singing along to non-existent lyrics (or
lyrics they don’t know). Comfortable
playing a sunset set by the beach or a
sweaty underground rave, his versatility is
accompanied by a sophisticated touch.

He’s played in some of the tastiest parties
across the Philippines including Sado Maso
Disco, Danza Organika, and Unknwn.
Regionally, he’s played in some of Asia’s
favorite clubs, including Hanoi’s Savage
and Taipei’s Pawnshop for their exuberant
Pride Weekend.

Wax works behind the decks, and behind
the scenes. He was once the director of
music for Manila hotspots West 103 and
Izakaya Geronimo. He now works for one of
Manila’s finest underground clubs, Nokal.
