João Melo first contact with the electronic music has happened naturally in 2003. Later he joins a production course tought by Rogério Martins (Piston Recordings), and has since then created a few original tracks, that have not been edited and released yet. Together with Cristiano Ferreira they formed Mousekillers and the duo played in various club's in portugal dj set's that were precise, harmounious, fluid and full of energy. From indie/disco to deep house/house they've manage to do some memorable nights in those places that they played. The project ends by mid 2012 and Joāo Melo since then plays on is own under the name PonPonPon or João Melo and his rooted taste for deep-house, disco and uk bass has evolved and this is noticible on his classy sets who are fluid, refined and precise, and able to bring those vibes to the dance floor.
