JK, originally from Lincoln, is a DJ heavily involved in the underground music scene in Sheffield. With over 28 years of experience, he has become a veteran in the industry. JK began DJ'ing in 1995 and has since won several competitions, making a name for himself in the DJ world.
His passion for music led him to start his own event called CHOOBE in 2006. This event became a staple in the underground DJ scene, regularly booking the biggest artists. JK's love for music and his desire to share it with others led him to host his own radio show on Mondo radio, which he has been doing for the last 5 years.
JK is currently holding down a residency at Dryad Works, showcasing his skills to the audience regularly. His sound is a dreamy, hypnotic trip into his imagination, connecting deeply with his audience and taking them on a musical journey that is unlike anything else. JK blends a mix of house music, techno, bassline, breakbeat, and electronica, drawing inspiration from his musical history.
