Joao Guevara, known as Joao G., is a DJ and producer originally from Lima, Peru, now based in the UK. After moving to England in 2006, he quickly became immersed in the underground electronic music scene, playing for local radio stations and clubs in Brighton.
His journey led him to perform on French radio and in respected London venues including LightBox, Fire, and The Basement. To deepen his creative skills, Joao returned to university in Brighton to study music production.
Today, he continues to develop his sound while running his independent record label Deep Groove, supporting fresh electronic talent and releasing cutting-edge underground music.
