Jet Black brings a formidable mixture of raw brooding, hypnotic techno combined with the rumblings of UK bass music. Dark, deep-sounding Inspirations from the past and future are woven with raw enthusiasm and fearless spirit.

The DJ & producer hails from Sydney where his sound has been lurking around nights such as Nightime Drama and ALLFRIENDS Basement parties. With a debut release on the Nighttime Drama label receiving props from the likes of KiNK, Pfirter and Laurel Halo, ‘Multiply” is a stripped-back trippy techno roller which signals the beginning of things to come. “Choke” was dropped on ALLFRIENDS Records in 2020 showcasing a tougher sound and a perspective on sociopolitical issues.

With a record label in the works and a drive to support the scene with home-grown music talents, Jet Black’s visions involve bringing sounds that will seep, warp and consume whilst pushing the Sydney Techno sound.
