What’s the vibe? No expressionless hipster looking surly or getting too bogged down in Ableton-perfect transitions here; you’re going to see a friendly homie digging the mood and feeding off the crowd.

It’s a hive-mind approach. Those who’ve experienced CI sets say they bridge the gap between Tech/House crowd and the purists bush-doof sound. Influences ticked: Röyksopp, Justice, Claptone and their ilk give you a feel for where his mixes mosey, but expect anything: Pacha classics, crunchy 90s rock remixes, the occasional dub step drop and bunch of tropical chill.

CI has been tweaking his craft over bottles of Irish whisky in his lounge room. Often partnering with production house DG Entertainment he’s played smoke machine-filled clubs, backyard patios and heaving paddocks of punters. CI delights in working a dancefloor and humbly notes “I’m still finding my sound ...and will continue finding my sound for as long as I play.”
