I have been a Buddhist since my early twenties sharing also a pasion for forms of Yoga and Taoism - Tai Chi. I have a lifelong love of the visual arts, only re-training in my late thirties in Art and design with the intension of learning how to paint. I worked and showed some paintings in Cornwall where I moved with my two young kids, Mari Mwaaa Sewell and Robin ‘Rocks’ Sewell who have went on to grow up and make me very proud as well as regrets as all parents feel they could have done a lot better. After getting down on that land - working in various positions in the fruit growing industry in Evesham, Hereford a Worcestershire I met my second wife Kasia, whom I gave a job to at the time, little did she know it was a job that would last a lot longer than a season picking apples.
