I started this Facebook page to spread the word about the benefits of an active, vegan lifestyle.

It has changed everything about me, from my appearance to the way I look at the world. I have never been so content and at peace.

I have come to realize that Facebook can be used for good or bad purposes. I have never had an active Facebook, MySpace, or anything of the sort, but saw many people using it for good causes and want to do the same.

I have realized my purpose in life, and it is to heal. I am currently pursuing a nutrition degree at UNF because nothing has changed my life so dramatically.
