Vancouver Island is her home and music is everywhere. Island sounds subtly seep into the consciousness – from seagulls on the shore to warm bass textures pumping from the club. British Columbia's West Coast bass sound also plays large in Bliss Rider’s style.
As a long time supporter and participant in Nanaimo indie media, Bliss Rider has produced, hosted, and delivered her own radio programs ranging from talk to any musical flavour you like. Currently live on air Every Friday 6-8pm pst with Bliss Renegade Sessions. This unfettered access to music and those that deliver it to the airwaves is the final piece in the musical puzzle that is Bliss Rider.
