Jealo - real name is Wojtek Jarosiński, the audiophile-realist, about 18 years ago he started his professional playing as non-attached DJ on the 2 step/UK garage wave. He was related to Innocent Sorcerers (Niewinni Czarodzieje) from the beginning of the formation. He co-create a collective associated with the old Jazz Radio and he spent three years working in record stores in Warsaw – Recordheadshop and Side One. It was a time for him to expand his musical spectrum of all hybrids of new jazz, proto-house, afro tech, detroit, rare grooves, classic and nu disco, boogie, soul and even bastard pop.
He is a co-author of remixes for Tworzywo Sztuczne and Inspirations for Sistars. He produced a farewell mixtape NC/IS "Innocence Lost" for Giles Peterson from BBC Radio One. Now in his DJ-sets more often refers to dance music classics – NY disco, Chicago's house or his favorite boogie.
