38 year old recovering meat eater turn vegetarian.working my way to a vegan lifestyle...After years of being overweight and having chronic feet pain I have decided to lose weight and start living a more healthier and active lifestyle.

I believe in the non-aggression principle. To me, self-defense is the only morally justifiable use of physical force. I feel that initating force or fraud on another person is always immoral. I also believe in applying morality universally. By this, I mean that what applies to individuals also applies to groups of individuals.
