DJ J Bravo embodies an unparalleled grit and persistence rarely experienced. Starting out as a hang around in the local Punk scene in St. Louis a humble gesture to help out some friends blossomed into opportunities to manage artists. With quick success and with eyes open to the possibilities he started to expand and work closely with artists in the hip hop scene.
Managing artists forced DJ J. Bravo to become familiar with a myriad of aspects of the music industry both behind the scenes and on stage. From booking shows, to spinning, he quickly realized becoming a jack of all trades extremely benefited his artists and ultimately himself. This unintentional expansion at first was thought of as temporary, but soon became a trigger to shift into the next phases of his artistry.
What started out as simply being DJ for the artists he was managing gradually morphed into a profitable independent enterprise.
