JPan, a Salt Lake native who grew up in Cottonwood Heights, is one of the top upcoming producers/DJ in the Utah area. At the age of 16, JPan began his music career by playing guitar and piano at weddings and small local events. By the age of 18, JPan had moved to Hollywood to attend The Los Angeles Recording School Where he learned the art of producing and engineering all types of music. JPan was heavily influenced by the EDM scene while living in Los Angeles. After many hours practicing on his his friend's turntables, JPan started to play small house parties in the Hollywood area. After Graduating from LARS in January 2012, JPan moved back to Salt Lake to share his love of Electronic Dance Music with his home town where he currently resides.
