I am a Midwestern girl in a Sin City world.

I moved to Las Vegas to evoke the independent side of myself and, to say the least, it has been tough these first few months. I hold the virtues of kindness, truth, purity, good intentions, and giving of oneself close to my heart. It's difficult to find others who feel similarly in a city full of dealers, stealers, swindlers, thieves, cut-throatters, hustlers, pimps, hoes, and moguls. But the tough crowd around here has taught me street smarts, and to go with my gut feeling more often than not.
