JP Staples is a Plano, Texas-based student with an interest in real estate and volunteering. A graduate of Plano West Senior High School where he played football and lacrosse, he is working on earning his real estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission and previously completed the Eastdil Secured Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program. Here, James Staples learned real estate finance fundamentals like rent overviews and cash flow analysis and gained hands-on experience using Excel to track investments.
