James Orvis is a genuine live act who is passionate about endlessly cultivating new music to feed into his dynamic live sets. He pulls inspiration from the way people dance at his live shows, enamoured by the way music unifies and transcends people beyond their day to day lives. He encapsulates these reactions to inspire improvised moments that reflect the mood of the club at any given moment, ultimately connecting those who long to be connected.
Not bound to a specific genre, James loves to combine musical inspiration not just from the worlds of house and techno but from film scores of his favourite films, rock music from his youth and indigenous and esoteric world recordings as a way to express his ongoing spiritual journey.
