BIO
James Cognet is a London based trance DJ and producer. James has been on the trance circuit and professionally DJing since 2001. During that time he has brought a compelling and energetic stage presence to events throughout UK and New Zealand. James has also played at the some of London's biggest events including Trance Generation, Freedom, Tilt and Wild Child and has played along side the likes of Lange, Scott Bond and K90. James has also graced the decks at many of London's top venues, including Mass, Freedom, The Fridge, Studio 33, Heaven, Turnmills and Se One.

During this time he also co founded Insight Recordings ‘ISR’ back in 2008 alongside Ehren Stowers and Andy Young. Since then the label has gone from strength to strength. The label has featured artists including Gareth Emery, Sean Truby, Arctic Moon, Binary Finary, Corderoy, Mike Nichol and ReOrder to name but a few.
