Dr. James C. Moore is a professor of business and has a background in IT, the culinary industry and history. He is a former Marine and professional chef. He received his doctorate degree after completing a dissertation on Melanin Driven Attitudinal Decision Making and its effect on corporate America's Human Resource Practices. He currently teaches at the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. In his spare time he serves as a business consultant.
