Jeff Hower, a.k.a. J.Adam, is a seasoned DJ and musician based in Philadelphia. With a 20 year background in music theory and performance, Jeff pushes genre and live performance boundaries with a great deal of creativity. In contrast to his childhood tales of banging pots on the kitchen floor, he has certainly come a long way. J's musical history includes 13 years of violin, 6 years on guitar, and heavy doses of Modern Punk and Metal. Luckily, Jeff’s sonic journey has led him far more toward electronic music genres these days.
J. now utilizes his strong musical background to weave magic in Dub, Dubstep, Jungle, Drum & Bass, Club, and Hip Hop. Jeff is able to mix in and out in his range of music seamlessly on command. With his melodic awareness adding some class with major talent. From the orchestra pit to the dJ booth, J.Adam is a win win.
