Dj jack Herrens, born in Mol in 1980 under the name of Sam Quirijnen, was allways surrounded by music of all kind. At the age of 6 he started playing the tuba and trumpeth untill puberty arrived. Than he discovered the rock scene in which he played the bassguitar in 2 metalbands.

After a few years he discovered techno music, more likely the kind wich brought the same energy for him. He got togethter with a few friends, so they started to organise some local techno party’s. They where quite a succes in the area and so they began tot think about a more organised concept, which brings a few styles together, such as techno, tech-house, deep-house...all in the name of Solano.

Jack Herrens himself is known in the area for playing really divers and cathing techno wich brings the people instantly to the dancefloor.
