The original South London carnival kid, has music coursing through his veins and has been chasing basslines since before birth. Steve 'I-Sancho' Marsh attended his first Nottinghill Carnival whist still inside Mama Marsh, and immediately started dancing in utero, declaring his love for the party before he was even born.
I-Sancho can’t resist “bringing the carnival to the club” in person;
During a 2004 set at Browns, he was even asked to “calm down” by the management; such was his commitment to creating mayhem on the dance floor. Since then he has amassed an impressive back history, including DJ sets at Chinawhite, 24, Kabaret, Dolce, Embassy, Studio 57, Red Rooms, Stanza, JuJu, plus playing for big names such Cream Anthems, Dance Nation and Hed Kandi.
His first major release on Nod factor records Aug 2009 has been supported by Erick Morillo, Groove Armada, Laurent Garnier, Judge Jules, Sarah Main and Kissy Sell Out and 2010 is shaping up to be the most successful year yet.
