I was born in Greenock 1963, married with two children. Worked as a Butlins Redcoats at Ayr for three seasons during the early 1980’s. Went on to become a freelance journalist for 15 years before moving to online publications, radio broadcasting and now book writing and publishing. Studied Creative Writing as part of a Batchelor of Arts Degree from the Open University eventually graduating in 2013.

Had taken a brief break from broadcasting to concentrating on my writing with a number of projects planned, print and online as well as rediscovering my passion for performing on stage. My shows are currently being broadcast in Spain and in the UK. I am also putting the finishing touches to my third novel. I like to keep myself busy.
