I first started DJing around 1994 and breaks have always been my genre of choice. Releases from labels such as TCR, Botchit and Scarper, Marine Parade, Distinctive, Finger Lickin, Fat and loads more filled my record boxes. Gigs were non existant in my home town so I moved to London to DJ in the debauched world of fetish clubs. Fast forward several years (countless festivals, club nights and outrageous parties) to the emergence of a sound known as Dubstep. I loved the Bass and ridiculous noises but found it to be lacking the main ingredient that flipped my switches....A monster breakbeat! As if to answer my criticism a new style of 140 bpm dance music reached my eager ears featuring some of the ferocious bass of Dubstep (thankyou NI Massive) and my beloved breaks. This style is rapidly gathering an ardent following and is becoming widely known as Future Jungle. And so to now, I hope you like my mixes (no sync button in use as you will hear).
