Starting off as a mere engineering student, Mike T found his way into radio in April of 2008 on the University of Surrey student radio station, GU2. It began as a late night show but has now moved to a slightly acceptable hour of the evening. You'll also find him frequently invading other people's shows on the station where he will try and educate them in the ways of Indie (meaning you don't play Chelsea Dagger or Mr. Brightside, especially in sequence). He also regularly DJ's in the smaller venue at Surrey's Student Union, The Living Room. In the past he held a residency in London before moving to Guildford. In the past he has played in the main Student's Union venue, Rubix to a crowd of 1400 as well as the Backline. His eventual aim is to take over the world and infect them with his Indie, however a regular slot at the union would be satisfactory.
