Indi Mateta, from Angola, resident in Lisbon, is a visual artist and self-taught DJ for 2 years. She has stood out and gained space and recognition with her diverse, energetic, authentic musical selection, dominated by sounds from Africa and its diaspora. A tireless researcher, she seeks to learn from the past to resignify the present. In Luanda, she performed at alternative events and spaces such as Elinga, Mbawa Concept, Taberna Urbana, Casa Rede, Colorful Sundays, Reggae&Dub, NARA - Núcleo de Amigos do Reggae de Angola, etc. In Lisbon, she has performed at renowned events and spaces such as Lux Frágil, Music Box, Casa Independente, B.Leza, Bantumen Powerlist 100, Arco Lisboa, Night Stories, Moga Festival, Alkantara Lisboa, Batekoo, and more. In 2023 Indi performed in Brazil at Kizomba Design Museum event, in São Paulo, alongside artists such as Paulo Flores, BaianaSystem, Branko, Djodje, among others. Indi has her own radio show ''IN. DI HOUR'' at Lusophonica Radio.
