in-between radio is an ethnomusicology project by researcher and cultural worker Nino Senong (BA. Anthropology, University of Johannesburg) that aims to explore the current soundscape of electronic music globally, and further locate the role of African artists in shifting global dynamics of sounds, culture, identity, space, and politics. Exploring how global sounds become localised and how local sounds become globalised.
