Montreal's Taste of The Caribbean (TOTC) festival is the largest FREE Caribbean Music, Arts, Food, and Rum Festival in Canada, which takes place every second weekend of July @Old-Port of Montreal. The outdoor festival normally draws between 100,000 - 150,000 attendees every year on-site and features an array of live music, food, beverages, and arts, representing some of the many nation-islands of the Caribbean! :)
