My music preference has always been beat orientated, starting early back in the 80's with the Human league, Howard Jones, New Order and moving quickly into Electro , then House and Techno
I was part of the Acid House movement in the late 80's and Rave scene in the early 90's, going to illegal Raves with Spiral Tribe, DIY and Lazyhouse, in woods and warehouses.
I still go to see my favorite legends play, such as Lee Burridge, Carl Cox, Sasha, John Digweed, PVD, Sven Vath, Etc.
I enjoy mixing and producing Techno and House, but predominantly Progressive Melodic Techno :)
