Welcome to the "The Word & World Online"

Here you will hear a mix of World Music, Blues and Roots Music covering all kinds of genres from around the world and down through the years. From time to time there will also be a little poetry and other writing.

I'm keen to bring World Music to a wider audience, to introduce listeners to something they may not hear elsewhere. I'm always interested in new bands and like to promote them whenever I can. This also goes for writers, especially poets.
