Deit

Deit is a Costa Rican electronic music artist whose journey started during the pandemic, after studying at DJLab, where he graduated as a DJ and music producer.

Since then, Deit has explored different genres and likes to approach each DJ set as its own journey, moving through different sides and sounds of electronic music. In 2024, together with his friend Eleonora, he launched Mothership, a new project within Costa Rica’s electronic music scene focused on creating an intimate, safe and inclusive space for people who love House and Techno.

Mothership also aims to give emerging artists a space where they can freely express and share their own artistic vision, while contributing to the growth of Costa Rica’s underground scene.

As a producer, Deit is currently working on his first EP, a musical sequence moving between House and Techno, with influences from Progressive, Trance and old-school rave sounds.
