JCI the Netherlands (2500 members) is a organization for young entrepreneurial, who want to develop personally and socially in a sustainable way, within a international perspective.

The National President is responsible for / has to:
- the national organisation;
- represents the members of the Dutch JCI organisation;
- the 4 pilars (personal development (training & coaching), business, international & community;
- visibility towards local chapters;
- learning about political and strategic international structure;

Mission: to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

Vision: To be the leading global network of young active citizens
