It’s a place where all types of people can go to: express themselves, train/keep fit, explore new styles and techniques, and to feel comfortable in a safe friendly “Warming" environment. It is also a place where we are constantly inspiring each other to want more & get more, just by being encouraged or encouraging somebody else!
