Hook up the Doll is a dj production team consisting of Scenester (Slimmix) and Metrofunk (the epiphany).

2008 Myspace
Hey dude; like that lime cheetah background on your page -lets become friends.

2009 Faceboook
Hey dude; lets meet at an Ableton seminar in Chicago's Wicker Park.

2010 Metrofunk sells his Tascam Portastudio, Roland Sp-555 for a Focusrite Safire audio interface and two Ableton Midi Controllers.

2011
Hey dude: lets collaborate. Lets call ourselves Hook up the Doll... Dj and make great remixes.

Scenester produces several hot electro mixes for social media distribution and promotion.

Hook up the Doll hits over one thousand likes, Facebook suspends Hook up the Doll's band page over inappropriate user content. Hook up the Doll DJs page on Facebook comes out of this setback.

Metrofunk initializes a private project called the lovecloud. A cloud service for remote collaboration with other artists, designers DJs and producers.
