At 20 years old 'Hoel James starts playing electric guitar in some groups and moves to parties and soon gets interested into electronic music. At the end of his studies, he begins composing on computers and other machines (Logic audio primarily) at his home studio. His musical influences are based on the german techno scene, he particularly likes works from artists like Michael Mayer, Superpitcher, Wasserman or Akufen. In June 2004 his first maxi I miss you is already released on Boxer Recordings (Kompakt/Cologne). In the begin of 2005, he lefts a remix of Maurris light by Dirt Crew still on Boxer (Tuning 01).. In March 2005 his Déclic EP appears on Toys For Boys Records. in 2006 second EP TBFr 008 - Don't find - on Toys for Boys. In 2010, signed release also on ORPS record and Music Taste record. In 2014, signed EP and Album on i records ( My name is HJ ).
