I'm Justin Williams, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Douglas College in Canada and a keynote speaker at the International Business Conference US. Originally from the Gulf Islands in BC, I've spent 16 years in higher education and strategic planning, teaching leadership at Royal Roads University and in Iran. I worked in Qatar with the College of the North Atlantic and the University of Calgary before returning to Canada in 2015 to lead the Faculty of Business at Niagara College, where I oversaw international partnerships on UN development projects. Now back in BC, I'm dedicated to Douglas College and continue to research and write on leadership, with my latest book chapter on international leadership published this past August.
