After London based soulstress Helena May released an album of re-imaginations (‘Part of Me’) with UK Funk band Redtenbacher’s Funkestra in 2018 it is time to present her own single ‘Dance’ on RSB Records.

‘Dance’ is a hard-hitting Disco Funk tune in the footsteps of Jamiroquai produced by Austrian bassist and producer Stefan Redtenbacher who has resided in the UK since the early 90s, the hey-day of ‘Acid Jazz’.

The song was written collectively by Andreas See (Backwood Five, Jazzodrom), Stefan Redtenbacher (Backwood Five, Redtenbacher’s Funkestra), Helena May (Backwood Five, Redtenbacher’s Funkestra) and Martin Wöss (Jazzodrom).
