A brainchild of two leeds clubbers Cookie and Timmi2tall both from Bradford who'd been on the scene for 5 years and had become bored with saturday nights. With Speedqueen, Federation and Glasshouse finally gone leeds was stuck and on the brink of boredom. With their knowledge on nightlife and been part of the leeds scene they had links and lots of friends from all over. So they put their heads together and thought why not give it a go their began the birth of HECTIK.

From starting at Kercrawler onto Mission then to Gatecrasher then back to mission it's been a long learning curve. After celebrating their 3rd birthday in febuary 2012 it's finally starting to feel like their gettin somewhere. With numbers around the 1000 mark where ever the event has been the following has been their.
