I grew up in Heaton, Bradford, West Yorkshire. I was educated at Haworth Road Primary School, Daisy Hill Junior School, and Belle Vue Girls' School, Bradfrod City College and Coventry City College.
I have an older brother called Michael and younger sister called Nicola.
I left home at 16.
I enjoy art and community festivals, eg Lady Godiva Festival, Peace Festival, Artsfest.
