headkit aka Henri Hagenow is a Berlin based producer of electronic music. As headkit he is looking for minimal structures in electronic dance music since 2001. Whether as the initiator of the sound duel series (Brothers in Music) or as a producer for DJs like Ellen Allien (remixes for Beck, Troy Pierce, Thom Yorke) or artists like Damero (BPitchCntrl), for him, the main focus is on the clear experience of the accent patterns created by the sequence of different note values over a basic count: the rhythm! In the long run, these accent patterns can set the conditions of nearby organisms considerably and influence the biological rhythm of those present: arms up and dance!
