The immediate goal of Ndi Igbo Jikotanu Aka is to promote Igbo unity among the Igbos specifically but to also promote Igbo music, culture, traditions to all peoples of the world, young and old, while also placing the spotlight on Afrobeat and Nigerian music in general. The main and long term goal is to promote Compassion, Empathy, Respect, Love and Peace in the Igbo, Nigerian and African communities, home and abroad, using Music as a unifier, (one thing all Africans have in common despite their cultural, religious, tribal differences is the LOVE of Afrobeat/African music) .
We believe in One Nigeria, One Africa, One Human Race coming together through our mutual love of Afrobeat/indigenous music that transcends all cultural, tribal, race and religious differences.
